The toner has the same moisturizing properties as The True Cream - Aqua Bomb's iconic moisturizer, smoothing the skin's texture and pores to help other products applied in the next skincare step achieve even coverage.

This lightweight toner is instantly absorbed into the skin, delivering a flood of hydration after cleansing and preparing it for the next steps in skincare. Toner is ideal for enlarged pores, dry skin, dull skin, uneven texture, acne/spots , oily skin.

The formula is free of parabens, sulfates and less than one percent synthetic fragrance. Ingredients are free of formaldehydes, phthalates, mineral oil, retinyl palmitate, oxybenzone, coal tar, hydroquinone, SLS and SLES sulfates, triclocarban, triclosan. This product also comes in recyclable packaging.
