Orders and Shipping
1.I made a mistake while I was making an order, what should I do?
- email us about your problem on info@glasskin.eu , let us know your order number or your name. Our customer servise is here for you from 8:00 till 15:30 CET.
2. How can I know if my order was paid/succesfull?
If your orders was succesfully paid or wasn't paid you will receive an email from our payment partners about your payment statuse. If your payment wasn't succesfull you can make a new order or contact us by email on info@glasskin.eu.
3. How long does it take to proccess the order?
-usually it take 1-2 days. Please note that during sales it can take up to 10business days.
4. How long does shipping takes?
- depends on your country and shipping method, shipping will take from 1 up to 5 days.
5.How much does shipping cost?
-depends on your destination country. You will see the shipping rates on your shipping cart after choosing your country.
6. Which payment options do I have?
- you can pay with PayPal, bank transfer or cart payment(GoPay)
7. I choosed bank transfer, how can I found payment details ?
- you will receive payment details by email up to 24hours, at business days.
Products :
1. Can I order product which is out of stock?
- unfortunatelly no.
2. Can I return my order or product?
- of course, you can return your order or its part up to 14 days after receiving the order. If you are planning to return your order or its part, plese email us first on info@glasskin.eu.
3. I received damaged or wrong item, what should I do?
- no worries, we are here to help you. Just email us on info@glasskin.eu with your problem and we will be glad to deal with it. Please note that you have 14 days to inform us about any problems with your order or products.
4. Does products in a shopping cart reserved?
- unfortunatelly no.

1. Where can I apply cupon code?
- apply your cupon code to the PROMOTION CODE section right uder your shopping cart
2. I forgot to apply cupon code, can I activate it somehow?
- email us on info@glasskin.eu , we will see what we can do or make new order and email us about cancelling the old one.
